EXCELLENT PRODUCT SELECTION

We have over 750 facings of wines from around the world. These wines represent excellent examples of all major varietals (as well as many lesser known varietals) from appellations throughout the world. We stock a selection of the finest spirits including specialty cordials, liquors and of course an array of blended and single malt scotches. In addition, we also carry an extensive selection of the finest domestic and imported handcrafted artesinal beers and ales, the finest cigars and specialty giftware.

WINE CELLAR PLANNING

Whether you are in the process of building a cellar or already have one, the best way to get the most from your cellar investment is have a solid cellar plan. This does not mean how big, what temperature or how much to spend. These are key questions, but the real issue is what are you trying to achieve through your cellar.

• Are you buying to have a diverse selection available to meet your consumption needs ?
• Are you buying in quantities just of wines you like so as to realize lower pricing ?

Yes, at DSW&S we think a knowledgeable wine buyer is our best customer and we look to share our knowledge. That is why we distribute our bi-monthly Newsletter, have Beer tastings every Friday night and Wine tastings every Saturday & Sunday.
